Eligibility

Merck Patient Assistance Program, the core patient assistance program provided by Merek & Company, Inc., offers the medications listed to the right at no cost to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:

You must be a resident of the United States or it's Territories.

You must have not be covered by private or public health insurance.

Your income must be less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Guideline for the size of your household (see chart below).
