Summary
Galderma Laboratories was founded in 1961 as Owen Laboratories, but became Galderma Laboratories in 1981 as a joint venture between Nestle and L'Oreal. Galderma Laboratories is a worldwide pharmaceutical company that focuses on the development of prescription skin care products and other dermatology related products. Some of their products include treatments for fungal nail infections, seborrheic dermatitis, non-melanoma skin cancer and photodamage, and hyperpigmentation disorders. Galderma Laboratories is considered to be one of the worlds foremost dermatological authorities and as such have provided some of the most unique and useful treatments and therapies in the field.
Eligibility
Galderma Laboratories Patient Assistance Program, a patient assistance program provided by Galderma Laboratories, offers the medications listed to the right at no cost for up to 1 year to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:
- You must not be eligible for or covered by any private, public, or Medicare Part D prescription coverage programs.
- Your income must be less than or equal to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline for the size of your household (see chart below).
The patient is sent a pharmacy card good for one year.
