Fentora is a manufactured opioid launched by Cephalon, Inc. in 2006. Fentora has been approved by the FDA to aid cancer patients in handling breakthrough pain. Fentora is administered in tablet form.

Eligibility

Fentora Reinbursement Program, a patient assistance program provided by Cephalon, Inc., offers Fentora at no cost for up to 1 year to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:

- You must be a citizen of the United States or its Territories.

- You must not be covered by any private, public, or Medicare Part D prescription coverage programs.

- You must be uninsured or underinsured.
