Summary

Baxter Healthcare Corporation was founded in 1931 as the first manufacturer of commercially prepared intravenous solutions and the first portable dialysis machine. Over the past 75 years they have focused on providing treatment for patients suffering from hemophilia, immune disorders, kidney disease, cancer, and trauma. They currently offer solutions through their worldwide research and development facilities in the medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology fields.

Eligibility

Baxter Factor Plus Program, a patient assistance program provided by Baxter Healthcare Corporation, offers the medications listed to the right at no cost to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:

You must be a citizen of the United States or its Territories.

You must not be covered by any private, public, or Medicare Part D prescription coverage programs.

You must be financially unable to pay for

The medication must be sent to the physicians office as this is an office wide application process.
