Summary
Baxter Healthcare Corporation was founded in 1931 as the first manufacturer of commercially prepared intravenous solutions and the first portable dialysis machine. Gammagard is a derivitive of human immunoglobulin launched by Baxter Healthcare Corporation in 2005. Gammagard has been approved by the FDA for treatment of primary immunodeficiency disorders associated with defects in humoral immunity. Gammagard is administered as an injection.

Gammassist Program for Gammagaurd, a patient assistance program provided by Baxter Healthcare Corporation, offers Gammagard at no cost for up to 4 years to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:
This is a safety net program. You will receive three coupons a year for Gammagard for up to four years. If you become uninsured during that time period, you may still redeem the coupons.
