When You Should Not Take The Medication
You should not use this medicine if you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine. This medicine should not be given to newborn infants or women who are breast feeding.

Store the medicine in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Do not freeze the liquid.

Possible Side Effects While Using This Medicine
Call your doctor right away if you notice any of these side effects:
Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing.Hallucinations (seeing things that are not really there).
Lightheadedness or fainting.
Pain when urinating, or change in how much or how often you urinate.
If you notice these less serious side effects, talk with your doctor:
Clumsiness.Constipation, nausea, or stomach upset.
Dry nose, mouth, or throat.
Nervousness or excitability, especially in children.
Upset stomach.
Thick mucus in your nose or throat.
If you notice other side effects that you think are caused by this medicine, tell your doctor.
