Welcome to the PatientAssistance.com Prescription Drug Program

This card entitles you to special negotiated pricing on prescription drugs at any Walmart, SAM'S Club or Walmart Neighborhood Market Pharmacy.

On your next visit to your Walmart Pharmacy, please present the attached card. The Walmart Pharmacy staff will then obtain the appropriate information from you. Please keep the card with you. Please note that if you use more than one pharmacy location, you will need to present the card at each location the first time you use the card.

In addition to the Walmart retail locations, you are also entitled to take advantage of special rates available through Walmart Pharmacy Home Delivery Services located in Carrolton, TX. If you are taking any type of maintenance medication, you can purchase a 90 day supply of these medications at less than customary retail prices and have the medication mailed directly to your home at no additional cost. You are also entitled to take advantage of special rates available through Walmart Specialty Mail Services located in Lake Mary, FL. If you are taking any type of Specialty medication, you can purchase these medications at less than customary retail prices and the medication mailed directly to your home at no additional cost.

Who is entitled to use the PatientAssistance.com card?

As a member of PatientAssistance.com, you and any member of your household may use the prescription benefit. Member is defined as whoever the RX is for.

Whose social security/ID number should be given to the Pharmacy?

The PatientAssistance.com member should use his/her SS/ID#. Member is defined as whoever the RX is for.

How much is the discount?

The pricing is a special negotiated rate between the PatientAssistance.com and WMS Prescriptions. In the event that the negotiated rate would ever be higher on a particular drug that Wal-Mart's Every Day Low usual and customary price, you will always be charged the lower of the two prices.

How do I take advantage of the Home Delivery benefit?

You will need to call the Walmart Home Delivery Pharmacy at 1-800-273-3455. Identify yourself as a PatientAssistance.com Member. The Home Delivery staff can instruct you as to how to use the Home Delivery Pharmacy.

How do I take advantage of the Specialty Pharmacy benefit?

You will need to call the Walmart Specialty Pharmacy at 1-877-453-4566. Identify yourself as a PatientAssistance.com Member. The Specialty Pharmacy staff can instruct you as to how to use the Specialty Pharmacy.
