Apligraf is a bioengineered cell construct launched by Organogenesis Inc. in 2000. Apligraf has been approved by the FDA for bio-active wound healing treatments. Apligraf is applied directly to the wound by a physician.
Eligibility
Apligraf Patient Assistance Program , a patient assistance program provided by Organogenesis Inc., offers Apligraf at no cost for the first prescription to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:
You must not be covered by private or public health insurance.
You must be a citizen of the United States or its Territories.
You must meet an undisclosed income guideline.
The medication must be sent to the physicians office.
